Present petition has been filed praying for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to take necessary legal action against private respondent No.4 on complaint dated 13.08.2024, Annexure P-3, as per law and also for issuance of a direction to protect the life and liberty and property of the petitioner from respondent No.4.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has already filed a complaint before respondent No.2 on 13.08.2024, however, no action has been taken on the same till date.

Notice of motion to respondents no.1 to 3-State only. 4.

On asking of the Court, Mr.Sumit Jain, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.
