In the present petition, the challenge is to the suspension order dated 16.06.2020, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-1, on the ground that the continuation of the said suspension period is contrary to the Haryana Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 2016. 2.

Mr. Pankaj Middha, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that in case, petitioner has any grievance qua the continuation of suspension order, he may file appropriate representation before the authorities concerned and in case, any representation is filed by the petitioner raising the grievance as raised in the present petition, the same will be decided in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of any such representation by passing an appropriate speaking order. 4.
