(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release pensionary benefits to the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fifth respondent, on instructions, contends that the petitioner's case for regular pensionary benefits to the petitioner has been cleared by the office of Principal Accountant General, and payment is to be released to him by the Government Treasury now. 3.

Learned State counsel contends that the same will be released to the petitioner within three weeks.

In view of the statements made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 5.
