NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial of complaint bearing No. COMI-240-2019 titled as "Smt. Anjana vs. Smt. Kiran Bala and others".

In compliance of the previous order dated 18.11.2022 status report from the trial Court, vide letter No. 637 dated 17.12.2022 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar, has been received. The same is taken on record.

Status report dated 17.01.2023, by way of affidavit of Sh. Kanwaljeet Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar, on behalf of respondent No. 1-State, already filed in the Registry, is also taken on record.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the matter has already been RISHU KATARIA 2023.08.09 19:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
