(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of the FIR No.0043 dated 12.05.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 447 and 511 IPC and later on added Sections 380 and 201 IPC at Police Station Jadhewal, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

The learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that a cancellation report has been submitted on 20.08.2025 and the same is pending adjudication.
