The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.175, dated 26.11.2020, registered under Sections 306, 506, 120-B and 34 IPC at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the trial Court at the appropriate stage.
