In light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage and prays that appropriate directions be issued to the respondent-authorities to abide by the provisions of law and proceed in the matter accordingly. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his right be reserved to approach the Court at an appropriate stage, if so required. 4.
Considering the above changed circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition at this stage. 5.
