Mr. Ashish Grewal, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of respondent No.1 and states that the legal representatives of respondent No.1 were impleaded before the Trial Court vide order dated 04.05.2023, however, the present revision petition has been filed against Prem Singh knowing fully that Prem Singh had expired and his legal representatives had already been impleaded before the Trial Court. 2.

Faced with the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so.
