(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the parties being referred Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, the matter has been amicably settled between them. This Court has been further apprised that the FIR in question stands quashed by this Court vide order dated 09.02.2021, passed in CRM-M-31793-2020.

Learned State counsel has supported the aforesaid fact of quashing of FIR in question.

In the circumstances, nothing survives in the instant petition and the same is hereby dismissed as infructuous.
