Apparently, the petitioners do not seem to be interested in the present petition and it also seems that the petitioners do not have any credible threat perception. Even otherwise, both the petitioners are already married to someone else. Furthermore, the alleged compromise which was stated in the petition in para 5 is not forth coming. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
