The petition for transfer is sought by the wife from the matrimonial Court at Sirsa to Ambala on the ground that the petitioner has two children aged three years old and one year old and it will be difficult for her to undertake travel of long distance. There are already two other cases reported to be pending in the Courts at Ambala and it will be easy for the respondent also to conduct all the cases in the same place.

The respondent states that he is an Assistant Manager in Bank and he is being threatened by the petitioner who belongs to the Haryana Police. I implore the petitioner not to threaten the respondenthusband and keep good conduct and if there is any threat perceived by the husband, he will inform the Court where the case is pending and PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.04.21 12:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

T.A. No.1 of 2014 -2secure appropriate protection. I will find the reason for transfer to be justified and the plea of apprehension of personal safety of the respondent could be adequately addressed by the Court if there is any such threat in the manner referred to above.

The transfer application is allowed and the case pending before the Court at Sirsa is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the District Court at Family Court, Ambala.
