The petition for transfer is sought by the wife on the ground that it will be difficult to contest the case in the place where the respondent resides. The husband has incestuous eye on petitioner's own daughter and there are complaints as regards the same. The respondent has been served but he is not before the Court to contest the petitioner's pleas.

The transfer application is allowed and the proceedings pending before the Court at Mansa are withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court at Sangrur. For appearance of the parties before the Family Court at Sangrur on 22.05.2015.
