To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The transfer application is being sought on the ground that proceedings are pending in the Court at Narnaul and the petitioner is residing at Bhiwani. I will find no scope for transfer in a case where the distance between the places is less than 100 kms. However, the petitioner will have the benefit of securing transportation expenses of every day when she attends the Court at Narnaul with an escort and the Court shall ensure that the husband pays the petitioner at least ` 500/- as transportation expenses. This shall be apart from any maintenance amount that may be awarded by the Court when she moves such an application in that regard.
2.
With these observations, the transfer application is disposed of.
