NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.150 dated 07.09.2024, registered under Sections 108 of BNS, 2023 (Section 69 of BNS, added later on), at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 04.10.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation on 09.10.2024.

Learned State counsel, on the basis of status report by way of an affidavit of Mandeep Singh PPS, Superintendent of Police, SubDivision Dhuri, District Sangrur, filed in the Court today, which is taken MOHD YAKUB 2025.01.13 18:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh

CRM-M-47998-2024 on record, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 04.10.2024 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS, 2023.
