Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The petition for transfer is sought by the wife on the ground that two other petitions are pending before the District Court at Sonepat and the husband has been contesting the same. The case initiated by the respondent-husband is in the Court at Rohtak. The respondenthusband has been served but he has not put appearance to contest the wife's prayer for transfer. I take it, therefore, that there is no objection for transferring the proceedings as prayed for by the wife. 2.
The transfer application is allowed. The matrimonial proceedings pending before the District Court at Rohtak is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court at Sonipat. For appearance of the parties before the Family Court at Sonipat on 22.05.2015.
