The transfer application is filed by the wife seeking for transfer of the matrimonial proceedings from the Court at Bathinda to the District Court, Gurdaspur. The wife complains that she has very serious kidney ailment and seeks to produce documentary proof of such ailment and treatment at the CMC hospital, Ludhiana. The counsel for the petitioner states that there are other cases pending between the parties at the District Court, Gurdaspur. The husband states that he has no idea that she was ever suffering from illness and he is prepared to live with wife and is ready to live in a separate house if the wife wants so. All these contentions can be taken by the husband before the matrimonial court but presently I am convinced that in view of the serious illness which is stated by the petitioner she was suffering from, PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.04.28 12:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

T.A. No.123 of 2014 -2the ground for transfer of the case is made out for a transfer from the Court at Bathinda to the Family Court at Gurdaspur within whose jurisdiction she is reported to be living.

The transfer application is allowed. The proceedings pending before the Court at Bathinda is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court at Gurdaspur.
