To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

The transfer of matrimonial proceeding is sought by the wife from the Court at Jhajjar to the District Court at Rohtak within which jurisdiction the wife is reported to be living along with child who has some ailments and who would require constant attention. The husband has been served but he has not put appearance to contest the plea made by the wife for transfer. I would take it that there is no objection by the husband for transferring the matrimonial proceedings as prayed by the wife. 2.

The transfer application is allowed. The case which is said to be pending in the Court at Jhajjar is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court at Rohtak for disposal in accordance with law. For appearance of the parties at the Family Court, Rohtak on 22.05.2015.
