Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Malkit Singh, Police Station Division No. 5, Civil Lines, Ludhiana, submits that cancellation report has since been prepared on 14.12.2016 and is sent for due approval of the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana and is likely to be submitted in the concerned court within two weeks from today. Faced with the aforesaid situation, counsel for the petitioner withdraws the present petition.
