CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.

Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?

2.

To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

The transfer of the matrimonial proceeding is sought by the wife from the Court at Barnala to Sangrur. The counsel states that petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C is reported to be pending already in the Court at Sangrur and the respondent is contesting the same. The husband has been served but he has not entered appearance to contest the case. I would take it that there is no objection by the husband for transferring the case.

2.

The transfer application is allowed and the case pending in the Court at Barnala is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court at Sangrur. For appearance of the parties before the Family Court at Sangrur on 22.05.2015.
