The present Civil Miscellaneous Application was filed on 18.09.2013 by Sh. Dinesh Malhotra, Advocate, vide Diary No. 1064359 in CR No.6147 of 2011. Main case has been dismissed on 24.07.2013. The Registry had raised objection in the application on 19.09.2013. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part3A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re3filed within a total period of 40 days. The same was not taken back for re3filing after removal of objections. Note was published by the Registry in the cause list on 13.8.2015, whereby the advocates were requested to collect their all cases lying with objections, which were filed upto 30.06.2014 for re3filing after removal of objections. It was further notified that all pending cases of this type will be listed in Court for appropriate order on 19.09.2015.

The case was shown in the cause list for 19.9.2015. No one was present.
