Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for transfer of case bearing HMA No. 184 of 2013 titled 'Sanjay versus Saroj Devi' from the Court of District Judge, Karnal to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Kaithal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, are pending in the Court at Kaithal. Petitioner is also maintaining a minor child and it is difficult for her to travel to Karnal on each date of hearing.

None has appeared on behalf of the respondent despite service.

Keeping in view the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed. Case bearing HMA No. 184 of 2013, titled 'Sanjay versus Saroj Devi' pending in GURPREET SINGH 2015.05.05 15:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
