NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.285 dated 08.09.2022 under Section 174-A IPC registered at Police Station Nathusarai Chopta, District Sirsa, Haryana.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies in accordance with law.
