The present Civil Miscellaneous Application was filed on 28.10.2010 by Sh. Manish Prabhakar, Advocate, vide Diary No. 583072 in FAO No. 5092of 2005. Main case has been disposed of on 08.10.2012. The Registry had raised objection in the application on 28.10.2010. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part1A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re1filed within a total period of 40 days. The same was not taken back for re1filing after removal of objections. Note was published by the Registry in the cause list on 13.8.2015, whereby the advocates were requested to collect their all cases lying with objections, which were filed upto 30.06.2014 for re1filing after removal of objections. It was further notified that all pending cases of this type will be listed in Court for appropriate order on 19.09.2015.

The case was shown in the cause list for 19.9.2015. No one was present.

Keeping in view the aforesaid factual matrix, no further order is required to be passed. The file be consigned to the record. 19.09.2015 .
