**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The learned counsel for the State submits that initially 23 out of 26 prosecution witnesses had been examined.
However, a de novo trial is to take place on account of the subsequent arrest of another accused.
In view of the above, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the de novo trial within a period of 03 months from the next date of hearing fixed before it.
The present petition stands disposed of.
