(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.21 dated 20.02.2021, under Sections 304-B, 498-A, 34, 201 IPC (offence under Section 201 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar (Rural). Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate qua petitioner dated 11.10.2023 in Court today. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof is supplied to the counsel opposite. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
