**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Challenge in this petition is to order dated 21.08.2019 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Sohna, District Gurugram, vide which the oral evidence of the plaintiff has been closed. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner filed a suit in the year 2016 but vide impugned order his oral evidence has been closed by the trial Court and has proceeded to cross examine Ajay Kumar on 15.11.2019. The petitioner is seeking one effective opportunity to examine himself. Keeping in view the nature of dispute and the fact that the evidence of the plaintiff is necessary for correct decision of the case, order dated 21.08.2019 is hereby set aside and direction is given to the trial Court to record the evidence of the petitioner on or before 15.11.2019, subject to deposit of Rs.5000/- as costs which is to be deposited before the District Legal Services Authority, Gurugram.
