This petition has been filed inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing official respondents to conclude enquiry into complaint moved against respondent No.5.

Pursuant to previous order passed by this Court, a status report by way of affidavit of Capt. Manoj Kumar, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Mahendragarh at Narnaul, has been filed, wherein, it has been stated that enquiry has been conducted into allegations levelled by petitioner. Enquiry report was received vide letter dated 09.07.2025, Annexure R-1, and on its basis, disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against Shri Sudesh Kumar, Deputy Superintendent (retired) and Smt. Sushila, Clerk, who have been issued PARDEEP NAUTIYAL 2026.02.03 17:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-30938-2019 (O&M) -2chargesheets dated 13.09.2025, Annexures R-6 and R-7, respectively. Insofar as third delinquent official, Shri Brahmanand, Steno, is concerned, as he has been engaged through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN), matter has been referred to the competent authority for initiating disciplinary proceedings as per Deployment of Contractual Persons Policy, 2022. 3.

A separate status report by way of affidavit of Shri Ashok Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, SV & Anti-Corruption Bureau, Gurugram, Range Gurugram, has been filed on behalf of respondents No.3 and 4, wherein it has been stated that investigation in FIRs has been concluded, final report has been presented and charges have been framed. It has been deposed that as respondent No.5 died on 23.10.2023, proceedings against him have been dropped.

In view of above development, writ petition is disposed of. 5.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
