The present appeal pertains to the year 2018 which is still at the stage of preliminary hearing. On 15.03.2019 none had appeared on behalf of the appellants. Thereafter, on 18.09.2019, the case was adjourned on the request of counsel for the appellants. On 23.01.2020 the case was again adjourned since none had appeared on behalf of the appellants despite the matter being called twice. Thereafter, the case was adjourned by order. Today also the case has been called twice. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
