Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The transfer application is filed by the wife for transfer of matrimonial proceedings which is said to be pending in the Court of Additional District Judge, Rewari to the Court at Amritsar keeping in view the inconvenience of the petitioner. The respondent has been served but none appears. I would take it, therefore, that the respondent is not interested in contesting the petitioner's application for transfer.
2.
The transfer application is allowed. The matrimonial proceedings pending before the Court at Rewari are ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court at Amritsar. For appearance of the parties before the Family Court at Amritsar on 30.05.2015.
