Learned counsel for the respondent says that he is withdrawing the petition filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act and therefore, there would not be any requirement for transfer. The statement is taken on record.

The transfer application is dismissed as having become infructuous and the trial Court shall act on the submission made before this Court and will not allow for prosecution of the petition filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
