**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner as Superintending Engineer and further Chief Engineer with all consequential benefits on the premise that some persons junior to him have already been promoted, vide order dated 17.09.2019 (Annexure P-6). Since the similarly situated persons have been promoted only in the month of September 2019, claim of petitioner, in my view, is premature. Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition, at this stage.

Ordered accordingly.
