This is a Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 CPC to set aside the impugned order dated 27.07.2023 (Annexure P-5), vide which the application under Order XXVI Rule 9 CPC filed by the petitioner for appointment of revenue expert as Local Commissioner has been dismissed. 2.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that vide judgment dated 31.01.2026, the main suit itself has been dismissed. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the above, the present petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
