(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner, for transfer/handing over the investigation of FIR No.0078 dated 06.04.2025, registered under Sections 115, 190, 191(3), 333, 351(2) of BNS, 2023, at Police Station Guhla, District Kaithal, to some senior police officer of another District or to some independent investigating agency for free, fair impartial and proper investigation. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek recourse to appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
