The present Civil Miscellaneous Application was filed on 06.07.2000 by Sh. M.R. Bhandari, Advocate, vide Diary No.17174 in FAO No.1186 of 1993. Main case has been allowed on 19.07.2006. The Registry had raised objection in the application on 11.10.2000.

As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part4A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re4filed within a total period of 40 days. The same was not taken back for re4filing after removal of objections. Note was published by the Registry in the cause list on 13.8.2015, whereby the advocates were requested to collect their all cases lying with objections, which were filed upto 30.06.2014 for re4filing after removal of objections. It was further notified that all pending cases of this type will be listed in Court for appropriate order on 19.09.2015.

The case was shown in the cause list for 19.9.2015. No one was present.
