The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.203 dated 22.06.2018 registered under Section 376(2) IPC at Police Station Sector 17, U.T., Chandigarh.

By an order dated 24.10.2019 while issuing notice of motion, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation.
