RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of case, Annexure P-5, titled as 'Municipal Committee, Ladwa vs Vinod Chopra' filed by respondent No.4 against the petitioner before the Court of SDO (Civil) Ladwa (respondent No.3) under Public Premises Act as well as the summoning order dated 12.06.2023, Annexure P-6, passed by respondent No.3 against the petitioner. It is further prayed to stay the proceedings in the above-mentioned case as well as of summoning order, dated 12.06.2023, Annexure P-6, during pendency of the present petition. Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy. Allowed as prayed for.
