The present Civil Miscellaneous Application was filed on 12.04.2014 by Sh. Rajinder, in person, vide Diary No. 1170142 in COCP No. 760 of 2014. Main case has been disposed of on 30.10.2014. The Registry had raised objection in the application on 21.04.2014. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part0A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re0filed within a total period of 40 days. The same was not taken back for re0filing after removal of objections. Note was published by the Registry in the cause list on 13.8.2015, whereby the advocates were requested to collect their all cases lying with objections, which were filed upto 30.06.2014 for re0filing after removal of objections. It was further notified that all pending cases of this type will be listed in Court for appropriate order on 19.09.2015.

The case was shown in the cause list for 19.9.2015. No one was present.
