The present appeal pertains to the year 2018. Since 2018 the case is being adjourned either on the request of counsel for the appellant or on the ground that none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. On 21.12.2023 the case was adjourned on the ground that the senior counsel, who was to argue the matter, was in personal difficulty and the case was adjourned to today. Today a written request for an adjournment has been circulated without stating any reason for the adjournment. An associate of Mr. Chetan Slathia, Advocate had appeared in the morning and requested for an adjournment. On being asked the reason for the adjournment, the counsel requested for a pass-over. The case has been called for the second time, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
