P.C.') seeking quashing of FIR No.7 dated 06.01.2018 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'NDPS Act'), registered at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana Rural and subsequent proceedings thereto. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rashpal Singh, submits that cancellation report has been prepared and therefore, present petition has been rendered infructuous, 3.

In view of the above, instant petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
