In compliance of the order dated 25.03.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-7796-2025, short reply by way of affidavit dated 18.02.2026 of Devinder Singh Kalyan, State Election Commissioner, Haryana, along with speaking order dated 27.01.2026 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of the respondent before the Registry. The same is taken on record.
