By this common order, CWP-25966-2015 and CWP-3771-2018 are disposed of as issue involved in both the petitions is common. For the sake of convenience, the facts are borrowed from CWP-25966-2015. 2.
The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is assailing recruitment notice dated 10.10.2014 (Annexure P-5).

Mr. Samrat Malik, Advocate submits that pursuant to recruitment notice, the private respondents were appointed and they are working since 2016. 3.
This Court does not find it appropriate to disturb appointment of private respondents after expiry of 8 years especially when there is no prima facie illegality in the recruitment notice.

The petitions stand disposed of 5.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
