The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.113 dated 15.03.2022, under Sections 323, 328, 376-DA, 34 IPC, 1860 and Sections 6, 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Taraori, Karnal.

The prosecutrix was 14 years of age at the time of alleged occurrence and her statement is yet to be recorded.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
