CRM-43454-2022 The petitioner seeks extension of interim bail on the grounds that he is currently hospitalized. Although, order dated 07.11.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani is very clear but in the entirety of facts and circumstances and considering the age of the petitioner, the present application is allowed to the extent that interim order is extended till 17.11.2022 by 2 P.M., subject to petitioner surrendering before the jail from which he was released on interim bail. In case, he fails to surrender, then this order shall stand recalled without any further reference to this Court. CRM-M-52675-2022 In view of order passed in CRM-43454-2022, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to file a fresh petition after surrendering.
