(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for revision of Time Bound Promotional Scale upon completion of 09 years and 16 years of service w.e.f. 03.03.2022 and to apply the required Benchmarks as 13 in terms of Office dated 12.11.2003 (Annexure P-3) and to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-4) in a time bound manner and pay interest to the petitioner @ 18% per annum on the delayed payment of aforesaid benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke alternative appropriate remedy, in accordance with law.
