The present review application has been filed for review of the order dated 22.09.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CWP No.21305 of 2023 vide which the writ petition was dismissed. 2.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicantspetitioners that the LPA filed against the said order i.e. 22.09.2023 was withdrawn with liberty to file the review application before this Court as the revenue record now sought to be produced was not available with the applicants-petitioners despite due diligence. He has prayed that the order dated 22.09.2023 be recalled and the main petition be heard after considering the documents now relied upon by the applicants-petitioners. 3.

The present review petition has been filed with an inordinate delay of 337 days which has not been explained satisfactory. There is no error apparent on the face of record in the order dated 22.09.2023 and the said order was passed after taking into consideration the entire record available on the file on that date.

In view of the above, no ground is made out for review of the order dated 22.09.2023. Thus, the review application is dismissed along with the application for condonation of delay which also has no merits. Pending application, if any, also stands dismissed.
