ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) On 20.02.2020 the following order was passed : "The appeals are of the year 2018 and are still at the stage of preliminary hearing.

On 09.04.2019, a request for an adjournment had been made.

Today again, a request for an adjournment has been made on behalf of learned counsel for the appellants in RSA No. 3876 of 2018.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 06.05.2020. It is made clear that in case the both the appeals are not argued on the next date of hearing, the same shall be dismissed for non-prosecution.

A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of abovementioned connected case."
