**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 84, dated 18.09.2019, under Sections 406, 498-A of IPC, registered at Police Station Women Cell, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 31st January, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Balraj Singh, states that though the petitioner has joined investigation and recovery of all the articles stated to have been in his possession, stands effected, however, gold earrings weighing 3.3. grams have not been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has refuted the submissions made by learned State counsel qua the non-recovery of certain gold ornaments. He rather submits that all the articles including gold ornaments stand duly returned to the complainant.
