3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The petition for transfer is sought at the instance of the wife claiming that she has a child which is just about 1 1⁄2 years and she has no means to support herself. She is living in place at Phagwara which is about 176 kms from the Court of institution namely the Court at Mansa. I am of the view that it will be only appropriate that the case is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court at Kapurthala for effective adjudication and for convenience of parties. The petition filed at the instance of the husband and pending before the Court at Mansa is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court at Kapurthala. For appearance of the parties before the Family Court at Kapurthala on 01.07.2015.
2.
The transfer application is allowed.
