(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for issuing time bound directions to respondent No.1 to decide the pending representation dated 07.03.2025 (Annexure P-13). 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that still there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars and also after attaching certain documents in support of the claim of the petitioners. 3.

Similar liberty was earlier granted to the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 30.07.2025 (Annexure P-1). As last indulgence, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid, HIMANI GUPTA 2025.08.22 12:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
