At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to move afresh before the trial Court concerned for grant of bail in view of the changed circumstances inasmuch as some of the co-accused have been granted bail. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
